Fortunately, you don't have to meditate in a seated position for a long time.

To the contrary, you can be mindful for as few as 10 breaths, 10 PQ reps, in the following ways:

  2. Also, auditory.
  3. Then, visual.
  4. Next, kinesthetic
  5. And, watching your breath.
